Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of emotional regulation program using play on problem behavior and emotional regulation ability for the at-Risk Youth, The subjects in this study were students who were addicted to the risk temporarily by overstress and shock, which was asked to the Wee Center. The students selected were 6 boys 2st grade middle school students. For this purpose, research questions are set as follows. First, was improved emotional regulation program using play on problem behavior of the at-Risk Youth? Second, was improved emotional regulation program using play on emotional regulation ability of the at-Risk Youth? This program with reference to previous study was consisted of self emotion understanding, emotion understanding, emotion expression, emotional regulation and interpersonal relationship. The program was progressed for 8 sessions-each session 90 minutes on one for a week. The findings of the study were as follows: The emotional regulation program using play was improved the problem behavior and emotional regulation ability of the at-Risk Youth. This study had a limitation to generalize the result of the study for the limited case, but The emotional regulation program using play was effective to improve the problem behavior and emotional regulation ability of the at-Risk Youth and was expected to help the adaptation and development of the at-Risk Youth who was exposed to the current risk.
